Aamir is a deadly bowler of Pakistan. He has performed well for the team on many occasions. But now he wants to play in IPL. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has banned Pakistani players from IPL. This step was taken after the fixing case in IPL. According to Aamir, "I may get a chance to play in IPL by next year. If this happens then I will play in IPL."

How Can Aamir Play in IPL Even After the Ban?

Actually, Mohammad Aamir's wife Nargis is a UK citizen. Mohammad Aamir has also applied for UK citizenship. If he gets citizenship, he will leave Pakistan. In such a situation, he can play in the IPL as per the rules. Aamir said, "Pakistani cricketers are banned from IPL. But our former cricketers do commentary in IPL."
