Pakistan cricket team player Mohammad Aamir has given a big reaction regarding IPL. Aamir has said that he wants to play in the Indian Premier League. According to the report, Aamir said that he is hoping to play in the IPL by 2026. Aamir is trying to get citizenship of some other country except Pakistan.
Aamir is a deadly bowler of Pakistan. He has performed well for the team on many occasions. But now he wants to play in IPL. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has banned Pakistani players from IPL. This step was taken after the fixing case in IPL. According to Aamir, "I may get a chance to play in IPL by next year. If this happens then I will play in IPL."
How Can Aamir Play in IPL Even After the Ban?
Actually, Mohammad Aamir's wife Nargis is a UK citizen. Mohammad Aamir has also applied for UK citizenship. If he gets citizenship, he will leave Pakistan. In such a situation, he can play in the IPL as per the rules. Aamir said, "Pakistani cricketers are banned from IPL. But our former cricketers do commentary in IPL."

Mohammad Aamir's performance has been excellent so far. He has taken 71 wickets in 62 T20 matches for Pakistan. He has also taken 81 wickets in 61 ODI matches. Aamir has also played 36 Test matches. He has taken 118 wickets in this format. Aamir has also scored 751 runs in Tests. Aamir has also performed well in the Pakistan Premier League.
