Hyderabad: Telangana Inter Board Announces Good News for Students
The Telangana Inter Board has announced that the Intermediate exams will begin from March 5. Students have already started preparing seriously, with some attending tuition classes while others are focusing on group studies. In this context, the Telangana Inter Board has made several important decisions. Although there is a rule that exam centers must close their gates 15 minutes before the exam, it has been clarified that this rule will not be strictly enforced.
Telangana Inter Board Gives Relief to Students
The board announced that the one-minute rule will be relaxed and that a grace period of five minutes will be provided to students. This decision is seen as a big relief for students, especially for those whose exam centers are far away. Despite leaving home an hour before the exam, some students face difficulties due to traffic or other reasons and might not be able to reach the center in time. This could have a negative impact on their future, which is why the board decided to introduce this change.
Exams from March 5 to 25
The first and second-year intermediate exams will take place from March 5 to 25. Around 9,96,541 students will appear for the exams across 1,532 centers in the state. Of these, 4,88,316 students are from the first-year and 5,08,225 students are from the second-year. The board also announced that BNS 163 will be implemented at all exam centers, and there will be continuous surveillance at each center with three CCTV cameras. Additionally, the exam papers have already been sent to the respective police stations.
