TURLOCK (CBS13) – A Stanislaus County antheral was arrested connected drugs, firearm, and kid endangerment charges connected Tuesday aft a standoff with authorities.
Around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies served a hunt warrant astatine Cody Court successful Turlock astatine the location of 36-year-old Jose Gutierrez. The sheriff’s section says Gutierrez did not cooperate with instrumentality enforcement unit astatine first, and aft a little standoff, came retired with his daughter.

Inside Guiterrez’s home, deputies recovered a “significant” magnitude of items, including a controlled substance believed to beryllium cocaine, a batch of cash, integer scales believed to beryllium for packaging purposes, a stolen gun, a motorcycle that had been reported stolen, and respective bags containing pre-packaged, processed marijuana acceptable to beryllium sold.

The narcotics and limb were allegedly near wrong scope of Gutierrez’s eight-year-old daughter.

Gutierrez was booked into jailhouse connected weapons, narcotics, kid endangerment, possession of stolen property, car theft, obstruction, delaying, & resisting arrest-related charges. The kid was released backmost into the custody of a relative.
