Stolen Big Rig With $250K Worth Of Merchandise Inside Recovered By CHP Near Fairfield

FAIRFIELD (CBS13) — A stolen large rig that was afloat of assorted merchandise has been recovered by California Highway Patrol.

Officers say, aboriginal Sunday morning, a stolen Freightliner tractor-trailer was spotted connected westbound Interstate 80 astatine Travis Boulevard. The large rig was yet stopped astatine the Cordelia Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility and a hunt was soon done.
