Man Arrested After He Allegedly Entered Woods To Get Around Airola Fire Evacuation Roadblocks

VALLECITO (CBS13) — Authorities accidental they person arrested 1 antheral suspected of going into the Airola Fire evacuation country successful Calaveras County connected Wednesday.

The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office says, precocious Wednesday night, 32-year-old Avery nonmigratory Richard Serva went up to 1 of the roadblocks and started yelling profanities. Officers explained to him that the country was closed and owed to the evacuation orders, but Serva reportedly conscionable got much agitated.

Eventually, Serva walked distant from the roadblock. However, astir 10 minutes later, deputies spotted him past the roadblocks connected Parrots Ferry Road.

As deputies soon discovered, Serva allegedly walked done the woods to get astir the roadblocks. Serva was reportedly uncooperative erstwhile deputies confronted him and started shouting for them to “take him to jail.”

Serva was soon arrested without further incident. He has been booked into Calaveras County Jail and is facing charges of unauthorized introduction into an exigency area, nationalist intoxication, and delaying a bid officer.
