SOUTH LAKE TAHOE (CBS13) — A suspected looter accused of committing dozens of thefts successful South Lake Tahoe was arrested this week, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office announced connected Saturday.

Joseph Donald Dykes, 37, was booked into jailhouse connected charges of probation violation, expansive theft, possession of stolen spot and theft during a authorities of emergency.
