Lawsuit: School System Excluded White Students From Events, Banned ‘Blue Lives Matter’ Phrase

WELLESLEY, Mass. (CBS Boston) – A non-profit radical representing 3 Massachusetts families has filed a national suit against Wellesley Public Schools claiming the territory violated the law rights of their students. According to the suit, Wellesley held racially segregated events for students wherever definite students were invited but achromatic students were specifically excluded.

The suit besides alleges that the territory suppresses the First Amendment rights of students with their argumentation connected biased speech.

In erstwhile instance, the suit says the territory allegedly told students that the operation “blue lives matter” successful enactment of instrumentality enforcement is associated with achromatic supremacy.

The radical Parents Defending Education wants a justice to halt Wellesley’s policies.

“This is not however nationalist schools that run with nationalist taxation dollars should beryllium conducting themselves,” Nicole Neily, president of Parents Defending Education said. “It is fundamentally un-American to discriminate against students oregon abstracted students, segregate students, dainty them differently, connected the ground of race. It’s un-American and besides it’s unconstitutional.”

WBZ-TV successful Boston reached retired to Wellesley Public Schools for remark but has not yet heard back.
