2 Arrests Made In Connection To 2019 Fatal Shooting Of Teen In Stockton

STOCKTON (CBS13) — Two radical were taken into custody for the November 2019 shooting death of 18-year-old Victor Delgado, Jr. successful Stockton, constabulary said connected Friday.
